Hope you're keeping busy, having fun and staying cool this summer...I have been working my butt off!

I had the chance to work with Phil and the gang at City Entertainment.
We did sound and lights for the Little River Band for a private party in Hazleton.
I know that LRB is probably not the most 'ZZO oriented music, but the experience was great and the band sounded pretty darn good after all these years! It was a 24 hour day, so I was pretty beat for the rest of the weekend. Guess I finally have to admit I'm getting older.
(not OLD, just OLDER...as George Carlin would say)
Speaking of which, I hope you know that we lost a very important voice when he died.
Regardless of whether you agree with some of the things he said and did...you have to admit...
when it came to reminding us of stupid things we say and do...he hit the nail on the head every time.
My favorite Carlin quote was (something to the effect of...)
"My job is to think of funny sh*t. It's stuff you already knew, you just forgot to laugh at."
So when life gets a little nuts (as it usually does) think of George Carlin and never forget to laugh at the funny sh*t!

Stay Cool my friends!

Mike
